Immune function

The Immune Function Laboratories include:

  • a Class II biological safety cabinetUW School of Nursing lab services
  • tissue culture incubator
  • refrigerated centrifuges
  • microfuge
  • microscopes (compound, inverted tissue culture and fluorescence)
  • Coulter counter
  • plate reader (for ELISA assays)
  • plate washer
  • refrigeration (-70° and -20° freezers, and liquid N2 storage)
  • computer terminal for analysis of FACS data

*In addition, an autoclave and deionized water supply is available in the Biochemical Laboratory.
