Faculty
The UW School of Nursing faculty members are widely acknowledged for their excellence as educators, researchers and professional leaders. We have more than 50 full-time faculty, 30 lecturers, 25 clinical faculty, 250 adjunct faculty and 600 preceptors. They represent the full spectrum of nursing interests, clinical knowledge and knowledge inquiry. You will have an opportunity to interact with faculty who are creating and disseminating new knowledge about health care practice and policy. Many are leaders in national and international health care organizations.
