Support the Sleep Center

sleep researchersThe Center for Innovation in Sleep Self-Management represents a new era in the sleep field.

Across the lifespan, sleep deficiency is common in chronic conditions and directly contributes to decrements in daytime function, health related quality of life, increased health care utilization, and is associated with increased morbidity and mortality.

Our faculty and students focus on efforts to target the development and testing of self-management interventions to assist adults and children to obtain adequate, good quality sleep are timely, important, and address a clinical problem for those living with a chronic illness.

Your impact

Your gifts to the Center for Innovation in Sleep Self-Management fund will make it possible for faculty and students to implement and use patient-centered technology and create resources that individuals can use to improve their own sleep, symptoms, overall health and quality of life.

You can help support our faculty, pilot projects and new investigators interested in sleep self-management who are making important innovations and scientific discoveries in sleep that will empower adults and children in Seattle and beyond to improve their health.
