Faculty and Alumni to be honored at 2022 WIN Conference
The UW School of Nursing is proud to announce that several faculty and alumni will be honored at the Western Institute of Nursing annual conference, April 7-9:
- Basia Belza, Regional Geriatric Nursing Research Award: Senior Researcher
- Maya Elias, Regional Geriatric Nursing Research Award: New Researcher
- Tatiana Sadak, Regional Geriatric Nursing Education Award
- Paula M. Kett, (PhD ’21), Carol A. Lindeman Award for a New Researcher
- Karl Cristie F. Figuracion, (PhD candidate). Martha (Marty) J. Lentz WIN/CANS Dissertation Grant
- Kathryn A. Lee, (professor emeritus). Distinguished Research
- Marie Driever (PhD ’85) will be named a WIN emeriti
- Jung-Ah Lee (MN ’02, PhD ’08) will be inducted into the Western Academy of Nurses
The school will host a reception for faculty, students, and alumni attending the WIN conference on Thursday, April 7, 6:3-8 PM at the Hilton Portland Downtown.
