The annual UW School of Nursing All Class Reunion was held Saturday, May 18. It was a wonderful event and heartening to see alumni reminisce and share stories of their adventures after graduation. Attendees heard from a dynamic panel of current faculty and alumni on “The Future of Nursing” and saw a sneak peek of the nursing documentary Everybody’s Work, created in collaboration with the school’s Manning Price Spratlen Center for Anti-Racism & Equity in Nursing. UW chemistry professor emeritus Larry R. Dalton and his wife, Nicole A. Boand, announced a $10 million bequest to the School of Nursing to support scholarships and clinical education. Learn more about the Dalton-Boand bequest.
