ONR&I Travel Grant Supports UW Nursing Research at International D&I Conference

Sarah Gimbel, CFPHN Professor, was supported by the UW SON ONR&I travel grant to present her work, “Optimizing Cross-site Collaboration Via the Implementation Research Logic Model,” at the 18th Annual Conference on the Science of Dissemination and Implementation in Health in National Harbor, Maryland, in December 2025. Several mentees of Dr. Gimbel, including Harriet Adhiambo, Megan Coe, Amanda Brumwell (seen directly below) and Carmen Hazim also presented their joint work. D&I is the foremost implementation science conference globally and, as the final photo attests, draws strong participation from UW faculty and graduate students alike.
