TIFFANY LIU
Clinical Assistant Professor
Child, Family, and Population Health Nursing
Undergraduate Program Director
Clinical Assistant Professor
I started my journey at the University of Washington in 2017, where I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Public Health and Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I worked in pediatric emergency care for a total of five years and founded UW’s Future Nurses Club before returning to UW to pursue my Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree, specializing in Population Health and Systems Leadership, with a certificate in Global Humanitarian Response.
During graduate school, I had the opportunity to further explore my passions for addressing health equity, anti-racism, and social justice under the guidance of my mentors at Public Health Seattle-King County. These experiences prepared me to teach both lecture courses and clinical rotations at the University. Additionally, I worked in Executive Hospital Leadership and as a Nursing Professional Development Practitioner after graduation to further develop my nursing leadership skills.
I am incredibly excited to have the opportunity to return to the University of Washington and work with our amazing leadership, faculty, and students to continue improving our undergraduate programs.
