1 Preliminary Exam timing varies and is determined each year by the PhD Coordinating Committee in collaboration with core course faculty. The Preliminary Exam occurred early in autumn quarter 2023 for the 2022 cohort.

2 BIOST 524 is one option for the clinical trials course; other clinical trial courses are available on the approved list.
