Convocation day schedule
Remember that tickets for guests are REQUIRED to enter Meany Theater for Convocation. Graduates and faculty participating in Convocation do not need tickets for themselves.

|8:15 a.m.||Priority/disability seating groups able to enter lobby|
|8:30 a.m.||Priority/disability seating groups seated in auditorium|

Information for students
Tickets are required for guests to enter Meany Theater; graduates are guaranteed three guest tickets, and up to four additional tickets per graduate may be available upon request. These will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each graduate MUST register on the UW’s Commencement website to order and pay for parking permits and academic apparel for the June 10, Convocation ceremony, even if you do not plan to participate in the University Commencement ceremony on Saturday, June 11. The registration and order form will be available in May.

Information for faculty
Faculty should order regalia (if necessary) by May 8, 2016 and RSVP online by May 31, 2016 if you plan to participate in Convocation:
Check your degree program section, as well as the UW home page, for instructions and guidelines on graduation from your program. More information about the UW policy and minimum requirements for earning your degree is available online.
If you are graduating this year, visit the UW Commencement website to receive up-to-date information about the ceremony, including how to register to participate.
