Drs. Kohler and Gimbel will share their frontline stories of Global Health
Drs. Kohler and Gimbel, Co-Directors at UW’s Center for Global Health Nursing, will give a lecture at the Global Health and Development lecture series, part of the Science in the City program hosted by Pacific Science Center. In this lecture, they will share their first-hand experiences of helping to implement accessible and novel healthcare strategies worldwide, and right here at home as well.

ABOUT GLOBAL HEALTH LECTURE SERIES
Global Health Lecture Series is a part of events of Science in the City, hosted by Pacific Science Center. Each event will feature a presentation by a local scientist or researcher who is working on innovative, grand and scalable solutions to address health problems that cause major impacts in developing countries.
Lectures are held the first Tuesday of every month. Light appetizers and drinks will be available for purchase. This series is presented in partnership with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Washington Global Health Alliance.
