SoN Interim Dean Pamela Mitchell signed a new Memorandum of Understanding with President Ishikagi of the Ishikawa Prefectural Nursing University on October 16, 2012, strengthening the school's longstanding relationship with the University and ensuring a future of collaboration.
President Ishikagi from the Ishikawa Prefectural Nursing University (Japan) visited the School of Nursing to continue their long history of collaboration and to renew the Memorandum of Understanding. The agreement continues the long-standing relationship between our two schools and will continue faculty exchanges and explore additional collaborative activities. President Ishikagi’s presence augmented the visit by Ishikawa’s nursing students last September and fortified the connection between our Universities. Check out photos from the MOU signing here.
