Join the School of Nursing and the UW Alumni Association for the Elizabeth Sterling Soule Lecture, which will be paired with the annual Nurses Recognition Banquet.
The lecture will feature Dr. Antonia M. Villarruel, associate dean for research and global affairs in the University of Michigan School of Nursing, who will present Advancing Health Equality: Implications for the Future of Nursing.
Following the lecture, the Nurses Recognition Banquet will honor our community's outstanding nurses and nursing leaders. The UW School of Nursing will present five awards to outstanding graduates and other exceptional individuals in the greater nursing community. This celebration acknowledges the many ways the profession of nursing improves health and touches lives and affirms the strong bonds between the School of Nursing and our community partners.
