The UW Tower is less than half a mile north of the Burke Gilman Trail along Brooklyn Ave NE.
There are bike racks in the plaza off Brooklyn as well as in the parking garage which you enter off 12th Avenue.

From the North - Merge onto I-5 S. Take exit 169 toward NE 45th St. Merge onto 5th Ave NE. Turn left at NE 45th St. Turn right at Brooklyn Ave NE (12th Ave NE for parking garage)
From the South - Merge onto I-5 N. Take exit 169 toward NE 45th St. Merge onto 7th Ave NE. Turn right at NE 45th St. Turn right at Brooklyn Ave NE (12th Ave NE for parking garage)
From the East - Merge onto WA-520 W. Take the Montlake Blvd exit. Merge onto Montlake Blvd E. Turn left at NE Pacific St. Turn right at Brooklyn Ave NE (take a left on 43rd St, then a right on 12th for parking garage)
UW Parking Services operates the garage as a campus parking lot and normal campus parking rates and policies will apply. Personal vehicles must have a UW Parking Permit or pay the standard rate. Complimentary Seattle campus parking is available to fully retired UW retirees, their spouses or same-sex domestic partners (one permit per couple). Retirees stop at a gate to receive the complementary parking before going to the garage.

Enter the B side of garage via 12th Ave NE. Go to level 3 and cross the skybridge. Park in any unrestricted space with valid UW parking permit displayed.

Enter the A side of garage via 12th Ave NE. There are pay stations on the 1st and 3rd floors of the garage.
