The UW School of Nursing is proud to announce the creation of our Elizabeth Sterling Soule Society, approved by the School’s Advisory Board in fall 2011. The Soule Society is named for our founding Dean and provides special recognition and distinction to our alumni and friends who help build the financial foundation of UW School of Nursing through loyal annual giving. A gift of any amount, given every year, to any fund benefiting the School of Nursing has an immediate and lasting impact for our nursing students, for the development of nursing science and for improved care for individuals, families and communities.
Loyal donors are the heart and soul of our success, providing the means by which the School of Nursing can achieve its vision to pioneer improvements in health and health care through innovative nursing science, education and practice.
Estate gift supports school's legacy of nursing education
While Lorraine Troop, 1940 School of Nursing graduate, passed away in November 2010, her generosity will have a lasting impact on the school through the gift of her estate.
By investing in the School of Nursing, you're investing in healthier, stronger communities in Washington state and beyond. Your gift will help ensure that there will always be exceptionally trained nurses to care for our friends, families and neighbors. We'll be there for them, because you were here for us.
