ABSN Program Evaluation

In a continued effort to evaluate quality and improve results, the BSN Coordinating Committee (BSNCC) is responsible for evaluating the ABSN program. BSNCC works in conjunction with Student and Academic Services (SAS) to assess student competency upon entry into the program and at the end of the first calendar year of the program; reviews program evaluation data annually, assessing outcomes of students who complete the program against specific benchmarks; and when indicated, appoints work groups to address areas of desired curricular change.

ABSN Evaluation Tools, designed to measure specific outcomes related to the goals of the program, are:

  1. Beginning of ABSN Survey
  2. End of ABSN Survey
  3. Alumnus Survey

Program Evaluation Report is produced annually and is used by BSNCC to modify and improve the program.
