Check-Out and Equipment Loans

  • Technical equipment, models and media resources are available for use while in the CENE. No equipment will leave the CENE without permission from the Director.
  • All equipment and supplies are available for use in the lab. Some equipment like BP Cuffs, Oto-Ophthalmoscopes, Reflex Hammers and Stethoscopes may be checked out for a week at a time, and patient gowns may be checked out for a n entire quarter.
  • If you want to check out equipment (see above), you are required to fill out an equipment check-out form and follow the CENE guidelines for checking out equipment. You may call 685-9001 or e-mail CENE (llab@uw.edu) to arrange to use the equipment. If equipment is not returned, you are held accountable. You are responsible for damage or loss of equipment while it is assigned to you.
