Dora Wang

Program Coordinator for Pre-Licensure Programs
Dora WangDora WangDora Wang is the adviser for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program and Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) program. She communicates with students about everything from clinical placements to getting ready for the NCLEX exam following successful completion of their studies at the School of Nursing. She is the go-to resource for current undergraduate students, so please feel free to contact her if you have questions or run into any problems.

Dora can be contacted by phone or e-mail to make an appointment either during the regular academic quarter or during school breaks. If you need to discuss a sensitive issue and would like privacy, let Dora know so she can reserve a room in advance.

More About Dora

Dora graduated from the University of Washington with a dual bachelor's degree in English and Women Studies. She started working for the School of Nursing as a student assistant and has been working in Academic Services for almost 8 years. Her hobbies include comic books and cooking, and she is happy to show off her giant tea collection if you come to visit her!

She is here to support and advise you throughout your program of study in the School of Nursing.

More About Betsy

Betsy has been at the University of Washington since the spring of 2010. She has a Master of Arts degree in English literature from The Ohio State University, where she taught freshman composition during and after her graduate studies. Her hobbies include classical voice, reading good literature, watcing foreign dramas and, lately, learning Korean.
