No, I can't log in!

Most people remote into their desktops from home. If your computer at work isn't on, you can't connect.If you'd like to review the connection instructions, they are available here.

I still can't connect!

Not to worry! There are other ways to do what you want to do. The terminal server is always up. You can connect to that by replacing your computer's IP address in the remote desktop window with ts.son.washington.edu. More detailed instructions are available here.
